Start with the exact input
In PUBG, aiming and movement depend on stance, perspective and the selected control preset. Write down those conditions before testing an input sequence. A controller that navigates the lobby may still have a different action map in a match.
What to record before changing settings
| Check | Write down | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Perspective and aim | Record perspective and the game’s aim/ADS behavior. | A different aim state changes what a held input is expected to do. |
| Stance and movement | Keep standing, crouched and prone tests separate. | The same movement input does not establish the same firing conditions. |
| Weapon and equipment | Record the exact weapon and attachments. | A changed weapon setup invalidates a direct before/after comparison. |
A useful first comparison
- Confirm ordinary input and the active controller preset. Test aim, fire, reload and stance individually.
- In an available training environment, use the same distance, target and equipment. Compare one controller or profile change.
- If a sequence sends the wrong stance or aim command, inspect the preset and hold/toggle state first. Do not tune around an incorrect binding with another delay.
When to repeat the check
Attach the platform and game version to the test record. Publisher restrictions and controller support must be checked separately from a profile seller’s compatibility statement.
Check the current game and platform rules for your setup. A controller connection and permission to use additional input hardware are separate questions.
Documentation and next steps
Use PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS official information for the current game documentation and the Cronus hardware guide for the device connection. This article does not claim a current GamePack exists for every platform or game edition.
Ozark ERA is an NBA 2K27 product. The other game articles are general controller references; they do not extend ERA support to those games.
