Set up ERA OneTap on Cronus Zen

Confirm the installed ERA build, enable OneTap and identify its assigned click before attempting a timing comparison.

01

Install through the official ERA instructions

Start with the official Ozark ERA setup guide for installation and supported hardware. This page takes over once the intended ERA build is running in the selected Zen slot. It does not replace the installation guide or introduce an alternative flashing procedure.

A profile saved in My Ozark and the configuration on the active device are separate things to check. Read the installed menu before concluding that the saved profile reached the slot you are using. Keep your existing tuned values rather than resetting them simply to match a screenshot.

02

Enable the mode you intend to test

Open the reference menu with L2 + Options on PlayStation or LT + Menu on Xbox. Under SHOOTING, check ERA ONETAP. Under SHOT MODES, inspect SHOT BIND and note whether the assigned click is R3 / RS or L3 / LS.

Use that click for the first idle input check. The normal reference pairing uses the right-stick click. If you selected the opposite pair, follow the menu's left-stick assignment. Moving the stick without clicking it does not test whether OneTap is enabled.

03

Write a baseline before the first adjustment

Record RELEASE PT and INSTA TEMPO exactly as shown. Add the installed version, jumper, environment and Human settings. Human Mode, Human Tempo and Human Variation can affect the processed sequence in this base edition, so leave them unchanged between comparison groups.

For a normal standing baseline, settle the left stick and release the triggers. Keep No-Dip and trigger-selected shots out of that group. The purpose is to know which path was tested, not to collect several visually different shots under one timing label.

04

Finish setup with an observation

Confirm that one deliberate assigned click starts the expected path. Then collect comparable release and tempo observations. If the controller or slot does not respond, resolve that issue through the official setup or input guide before editing a hold value.

Keep one short baseline note that you can repeat later. Changing build, jumper and several timing fields together makes the next result difficult to interpret. A successful input check is useful setup evidence, but it is not proof of a green rate.
