Confirm that this is the active ERA build
Begin with the selected Zen slot and the installed menu. The intended file or a saved web profile does not establish what is currently running. If the controller or device is not responding normally, use the official setup guide rather than adding timing edits to an installation problem.
Read the installed version and compare its menu labels with the base V6 reference used here. An unfamiliar menu should be identified before applying a guide to its controls. Keep any working tuned values while resolving the input question.
Check the switch and the physical click
ERA ONETAP must be enabled for the OneTap path. Inspect SHOT BIND to find the assigned click. The base pairing starts with R3 / RS click; the alternate pair puts OneTap on L3 / LS click. Use the actual listed assignment instead of assuming every build starts a shot from the same stick.
A deflection is not a click. Moving the right stick and returning it tests the separate RS Tempo gesture. Pressing Square / X selects a button path governed by its enabled modes. Neither action is a substitute for an assigned-click check.
Leave paired controls paired
SHOT BIND and REMAP SHOOT select opposite click assignments in this reference. Changing one should be understood as changing the pairing. Do not diagnose a missing shot from two imagined independent assignments that the menu does not actually store.
Once the assignment is clear, try one deliberate click from an idle state without mixing another shot input. The source checker models this simple case; an in-progress sequence or a different shot context needs its own observation.
Change timing only after the path responds
If the intended click starts the expected sequence, move on to timing with a recorded baseline. If it still does not, preserve the version, slot, switch state and click assignment in your support note. That information is more useful than a list of unrelated timing values.
